How can your bread be low carb when I see maple syrup and molasses as ingredients?

Less is more! We use a very small amount of any sugar in any given loaf. This sugar is consumed by the yeast and converted into gas, helping the bread to rise. Both our maple syrup and molasses only add about 0.03g - 0.10g carbs per slice.

How long does it take for my items to ship out once I've ordered?

We're growing fast, but we're still a very small company. We work hard to meet product demands, and our small team of extremely dedicated individuals bakes bread to order. Orders are received throughout the week, baked, and shipped out every Monday. You will receive a notification when your items have shipped. Shipping transit times in Las Vegas are generally next day! For the rest of Nevada it can be 1-3 business days for delivery. For local delivery, we deliver over the weekend. Keep in mind that order cutoffs for the week are Thursdays at 11:59PM (this applies to both shipping and delivery orders)!

Do you have allergy-friendly breads?

We have 6 different flavors to choose from! Though some options may not be suitable for certain allergies (allergens are clearly marked on the website).

We strive to provide as many options as we can while being conscious that many different customers have many different needs. By default, our Classic, Wheat, Garlic Herb, Caraway Rye, Multigrain and Cinna-Raisin loaves do not contain any nuts or dairy. We are also working on a Gluten Free version! (Sign up for email notifications if you want to know when that's available!)

Can these breads be frozen?

Yes! Just be sure to thaw overnight (or at least 12 hours) in the refrigerator. Frozen breads can be stored for up to 6 months. You can also thaw the bread for about 3 hours on the counter. Just make sure to place it back in the fridge afterwards!

Can these breads be toasted?

Yes! We recommend toasting with only indirect heating methods like an oven or toaster oven!

Just be careful if you’re using a regular toaster. Because the bread takes longer to toast (due to limited sugar content), the direct contact with the toasters heating elements can cause burning before the bread gets crispy. So, keep a close eye when using a regular toaster. If your only option is a toaster, we highly recommend using a toaster sleeve!

No matter which way you do it, always be cautious when heating foods!

Are ALL your ingredients plant based?

Absolutely. Every ingredient we use and list on the website is 100% plant-based.

Can I buy a single loaf?

Yes you can -- however, you'll get a much better deal on shipping with 2 loaves or more. If you want to taste the bread, maybe order a sample -- those ship for free! And if you enjoy the samples, buy 2 loaves and freeze one. These loaves can be frozen for up to 6 months!
